Evan was very thorough in explaining the process, the chemicals he used, their application, their safety, and how they work. He gave the house and crawlspace a good check, pointing out to me what he was looking for and what he saw or didn't see. He was good at communicating with people and answering questions professionally. I have only 2 suggestions for improvement in the future to make the homeowner's experience even better. 1. When entering someone's home after walking through the muddy yard and applying chemicals, use a pair of elastic shoe covers to prevent spreading dirt on the carpets, and 2. when setting down a spray canister on the floor or carpet, place it on a pad so it doesn't leave a wet ring in the carpet as the nozzle drains.

We stand by the quality of our services and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If pests return within a specified period, we'll re-treat your property at no extra charge.
What if I see pests after treatment?
It's normal to see some pests after treatment as they come into contact with the treated surfaces. They should decrease significantly within days. If the problem persists, contact us, and we’ll address it promptly.
Can I be home during the treatment?
Yes, you can usually remain at home during the treatment. However, we may advise you to stay away from specific areas until the treatment is complete. Our technicians will guide you on safety measures.
How long does a treatment take?
The duration of a treatment session depends on the size of your property and the extent of the pest issue. On average, most services are completed within 1 to 2 hours.
