We called Bio Bug to inspect our home for possible rodents. Mike visited our home and did a thorough inspection. He went into the crawl space of our home and surveyed the exterior. He found no sign of infestation and there was no pressure to commit to any further service. I appreciated Mike's professionalism and knowledge. I had a mice issue in a few different areas of my house and called this company for help. Michael was awesome to deal with; he was super communicative, friendly, and really knew what he was doing. He walked me through where the entry points were, brainstormed different ways to seal them up, and made sure everything was handled in the most humane way possible. Not a fun problem to deal with, but he made the whole experience so much easier. I price-compared with other companies in Bellingham and it was definitely the same ballpark, but I’m happy I went with this company. Highly recommend!

EcoShield was walking the neighborhood Friday and went into my crawl space taking pictures and saying I had rat activity and wanted to charge me a small fortune for their services. Well, I called BioBug for a second opinion. Ryan just left. No rats. No smell of rats. Crawl space is clean. Anyway, call BioBug for an honest inspection. I was extremely impressed with Ryan's expertise and honesty. Note: If I were to hire them, their prices would be 50% or less than other companies.

Cody came promptly to our appointment with Bio Bug in Point Roberts. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did a thorough analysis of the rodent problems under our cottage. He outlined all our options for treatment clearly and explained why various approaches would or would not be feasible. He then quoted us a price for the initial visit and got to work setting up some traps around our house. He'll return once a month to check these, but we are free to contact him anytime with further concerns or problems.
